Oliver Queen: ESTP

Dominant Extroverted Sensing (Se): Oliver works through stress using physical activities, such as working out and sleeping around. He decides to take down those on his father’s list in a very straightforward, literal, and unconventional way. He sometimes takes too much on, such as trying to run a business and fight crime at the same time. He lives in the moment, not thinking about how he’ll continue his mission when he’s older.

Auxiliary Introverted Thinking (Ti ): His decisions don’t always take into consideration others’ personal feelings, such as telling Felicity he loved her to trick Slade or choosing his own target over Deadshot, Diggle’s wish,. He’s willing to scare his family members with little guilt if he needs information from him, as long as they don’t know it’s him, showing his own personalized logic. In addition, he puts aside his own feelings to accomplish a job, torturing people easily once he decides to.

Tertiary Extroverted Feeling (Fe): Oliver’s good at picking up when something’s wrong with his friends and family, constantly asking them what’s wrong, or how they’re doing. His code on killing shifts depending on the situation: after the first season of guiltless killing, he vows never to kill again because of Tommy’s wish, but then he is willing to kill again to protect Thea when he duels Ra’s Al Ghul or attacks Malcolm Merlyn. He believes his circumstances make it acceptable for him to torture people after seeing what happens if he doesn’t get the information they hold. He can be bad at following other people’s advice, such as training Helen despite warnings. Diggle has to remind him to treat his friends and enemies the same if they pose a threat, though Oliver doesn’t always listen.

Inferior Introverted Intuition (Ni): Oliver sticks to his vigilantism above all else, prioritizing everything, including his relationships and personal happiness, around it. He had ‘one goal on the island’. He’s not one for planning beyond the weekly baddie, though, focusing on the immediate problem rather than long-term solutions to the crime in his city.
