Pokemon Anime Franchise
Introverted Intuition (Ni): Giovanni is nothing if not farsighted in his plans. He always has some scheme in mind, whether to give out cruise tickets to trainers in order to steal their Pokemon, the backing of a long-lasting science project to clone the legendary Pokemon Mew, or plotting to gain control of three other legendary Pokemon: Landorus, Tornadus, and Thunderus. Even when he dismissively sends Jessie, James, and Meowth on some special mission, he is not merely keeping them out of the way; he is also having them (unwittingly) perform some needed task for him, such as spying on Team Magma and Team Aqua in Hoenn, or on Team Galactic in Sinnoh. He realizes whenever one of his plans is foiled, and cuts his losses when he has to.
Extroverted Thinking (Te): When Giovanni commands that something be done, it had better be done right. He has no patience for the constant incompetence of Jessie, James, and Meowth, and no problem telling them just that. His criminal organization, Team Rocket, seems to be organized very much like a Fortune 500 corporation, with a training academy for new recruits, advancement opportunities to reward good performance, and a substantial management structure, complete with corner offices for the top brass.
Introverted Feeling (Fi): Giovanni never really expresses what he is feeling, except through actions and Te-driven statements (e.g. open derision of Jessie, James, and Meowth). He is supremely calm in all circumstances and never lets his emotions get the better of him, even in the heat of battle. He has no real values, either internal or external, but instead conducts himself to the end of self-aggrandizement.
Extroverted Sensing (Se): Giovanni takes care of his physical appearance; he is always seen wearing an expensive suit. He surrounds himself with luxuries of all sorts at his residence, even though he has little contact with people except through his work. Generally, Giovanni acts only as part of a plan, and not on the spur of the moment, and when he does act spontaneously, his decision is almost always a bad one. When he left the Viridian City Gym to deal with an emergency, he leaves it in the care of none other than Jessie, James, and Meowth. This resulted in substantial damage to the gym when his three bungling henchmen set up booby traps that went horribly wrong.
Author’s Note: I strongly considered typing Giovanni as ENTJ; arguably, his lust for power (Te) can be considered stronger than his plans and schemes (Ni). I decided on INTJ because of his inferior functions: he seems to have developed his Fi enough to keep his emotions in check when one of his plans goes wrong, while he exhibits almost no Se (except for making rash decisions that yield poor results).
Not saying that typing is wrong, but your description of Ni has nothing to do with real Ni.
Ni is about imagination, not about making strategies.

Sorry for the mistake. Is Giovanni’s Se considered underdeveloped?
